Can I bring my own containers to your store?
Of course! We encourage it! All we ask is if you bring a container to our store, is to weigh it off first so you don't pay for the weight of the container.
All containers welcome. Tupperware, old bread bags (great for pasta), jars, pots, canvas bags - anything sealable or with a lid will be fine.
Are all your products organic?
Most of our products are Organic. We label each product that is and strive to find alternatives when we can if a product isn't organic.
Can I park near your shop & is it free?
Yes, it's free! There is plenty of parking at Chat Farm. You can park right outside our store, or a little further down towards the fields past the main barn.
Do you have any gluten free products?
We do sell gluten free products. However, due to the nature of our store, we cannot guarantee these products are 100% gluten free because we sell many gluten-containing products loose. When we refill we take every step necessary to avoid cross contamination. We sell Dove’s Farm gluten-free plain & self-raising prepacked in 1kg bags to help avoid contamination.
If you are coeliac, we suggest you shop with us at your own risk. Ask us for more details if needed.
I have a nut allergy, can I visit your store?
Due to the nature of our store, with nuts sold loose, visiting us is at your own risk. We take care to avoid cross-contamination of our products, and nut products are stored in the same containers which are never used for any other stock.

How can I pay in store?
We accept cash & all major debit & credit cards except American Express.
How do I get to you?

Do I refill everything myself?
We do encourage our customers to refill themselves - it's fun!
It's like a sweet shop for adults.
Oils & sauces however are at the back for staff to dispense - just ask us when you’re in store.
One of us is always floating around if you need help or advice. We just ask our customers to take care when refilling to avoid spillage and cross-contamination.
